From Interstate 90 (New York State Thruway)
- Take Route 90 to Exit 50, Route 290. Proceed West along Route 290.
- Take Route 290 to Exit 4, Route 990.
- Take Route 990 to Exit 1, State University of New York. The Exit will feed you onto the Audubon Parkway (see campus map on the right)
- Just before first traffic light, make U-turn (left turn) onto opposite lane or Audubon Parkway
- Follow the Audubon Parkway to the SECOND intersection with Frontier Road, the traffic light reached after crossing a small bridge over the channel between two ponds.
- Take the first left off Frontier Road into parking lot (Dept. of Geography is indicated on the sign at the enterance to the lot).
- Drive straight ahead to the visitor parking spaces located on the right side of the driveway past the parking lot entrances; do not turn into the large parking area.
- You must display a visitor parking hangtag on your rear view mirror. If you do not have a visitor parking tag, you must park in a metered space.
- Proceed from the parking lot into the courtyard in front of Wilkeson Quad (there are signs to show the way). Enter the center doors to the building and turn right. Proceed along the corridor to the elevator indicated on the map. Take the elevator to floor 3. The NCGIA office will be directly to the left of the elevator door.
